Developing a Highly Repeatable Marketing Automation System for a B2B Integrated Equipment and Software Manufacturer

Rehrig Pacific Company is an industry leader in modern trackable shipping pallets, trackable and forecastable waste and recycling containers, and supply chain solutions. They approached us for Marketing Automation services with limited resources to get their system off the ground. Rather than develop an industry-specific approach for each sector, we developed repeatable campaigns and templates missing only industry-specific content to lighten the load on the company’s already taxed marketing team. This approach allowed us to quickly roll out a marketing automation program in key sectors while taking the time needed to develop more complex systems for future campaigns.

Rehrig Pacific gave me the opportunity for hands-on experience in project managing. The GO team brought me in at the beginning of the planning process to work on developing the process under budget and within the client specifications. This was particularly important as we were coordinating work between multiple agencies, as Rehrig onboarded Marketing Cloud, and managed their website.
